Background
Our client is expanding and needs motivated Call Center Agents for both voice and non-voice accounts.

About the Role
You will answer customer calls or respond to chats and emails, assisting with billing, product questions, and troubleshooting.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, emails, or chat support

Follow call scripts and company processes

Escalate complex issues to senior agents

Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction

Clear speaking voice and good English skills (for voice accounts)

Strong written skills (for non-voice accounts)

Willingness to work on shifting schedules
