About the Role
As a Virtual Recruiter, you will handle the full recruitment cycle online—from posting job ads and reviewing applications to conducting initial interviews. You will collaborate with hiring managers and help build strong teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Post job ads on online platforms and social media
Source and screen applicants based on job requirements
Conduct initial interviews via video calls or phone
Coordinate with hiring managers for shortlists and feedback
Guide candidates through the hiring process and answer inquiries
Maintain candidate records in databases or applicant tracking systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using online recruitment platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple job openings
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a professional workspace

Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is preferred
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
Fresh graduates with HR or Psychology backgrounds are welcome to apply
