This is a work-from-home role based in the Philippines. You will handle tasks like email management, calendar scheduling, online research, and light project coordination. You’ll be an important part of the team, making sure deadlines are met and processes run efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage emails and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Schedule meetings, appointments, and organize calendars
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
Conduct online research and gather data as needed
Support social media management by drafting content or scheduling posts
Perform administrative tasks such as file organization and documentation

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with common tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, or project management apps)
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
A problem-solver who can adapt quickly to changing priorities

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or Customer Service Rep is a plus
Experience with social media scheduling or light graphic design (Canva) is an advantage
